Description
This very unique boat, designed by Luxemotor and built by Calder Marine, offers excellent accommodation, with the living space and sleeping area separated by a large wheelhouse. The boat is a real head-turner when out on the canals, with her characterful wheelhouse and powerful lines.
The interior has excellent headroom throughout, with ample windows and pigeon-boxes bring in an abundance of natural light.
The uniqueness continues with the design of the galley and the heads (bathroom) with beaten copper basins and attractive fittings.
The saloon feels spacious despite the narrow beam, located at the bow of the boat, while the sleeping compartment is at the opposite end with a double bed and clothes storage.
Heating is via a powerful solid-fuel stove, with hot water from a calorifier. There is also small diesel boiler heating multiple radiators, but isn't currently working.
There is lots of storage space throughout the boat, utilising every available space, under the bed, under the seating and below the floors.
There is great access to the engine space, from above and from either side of the wheelhouse. The engine appears in excellent condition, having been regularly serviced.
The vessel was last lifted from the water in 2024 for blacking. New anodes were fitted in 2021. BSS expires in 2027.
Current mooring fees are circa £500/m. The mooring is fully transferable for a fee of 3% payable to Bridgewater Marina.
