In terms of the carrying capacity / deck loading capability of this barge.
This is a more complicated question, as it depends on the actual function and location of the barge and the operating parameters.
By quick calculation approx 20 tonnes of weight could be placed evenly on the deck of the barge which would put it to the level of its belting - ie: it would essentially almost be sinking.
