Westerly Fulmar yacht being used as a liveaboard houseboat, moored at South Dock Marina, Surrey Quays. Permanent mooring with electrical hookup (16Amp), water and waste access, and facilities blocks with showers & laundry, as well as a working boatyard with crane.

A compact boat, capable of sleeping 6, but in terms of a liveaboard suited to 1 or 2.
Main Saloon has a small galley kitchen, seating for 6, that also serve as bed spaces, as well as small berth behind the chart table.
At the front there's the main double berth, a small toilet room (sea toilet has been removed and replaced with a chemical toilet, and two cupboard spaces.

I've had her for about three years, and found her a great place to host in the summer, with views from the cockpit seating out over the city. Has also made a great affordable base for living in London, being a short walk to the overground, or directly by the ferry to Canary Wharf.

For sale with leisure mooring (allows for full time occupation) at South Dock Marina - Marina fees presently £610/a month, discounts for bulk payment.

Like any boat she does need maintenance, and there are jobs that could do with being done
Headlining replacement in the main berth and wardrobes, some of the cockpit decking needs repair, minor leak in the seal of a berth window.
