Built by Hancock and Lane and fitted by Alvechurch Boats, this 1984 50ft (15.24m) Cruiser Stern narrowboat has been with the current owners since 2013. Constructed in all steel, the vessel has a 6mm (¼”) hull with 6mm doubler plates fitted aft. The craft also has overplating to the base plate from 9m to 15m using 6mm nominal steel.

Sold with a transferable residential mooring at Northolt, West London.
This 2005 Colecraft Cruiser Stern narrowboat was fitted out by High Line Yachting Ltd and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a boat with a residential mooring.
The boat was last blacked in 2021 and the engine was overhauled at the same time. Externally, the paintwork would benefit from repainting, and the Alde gas boiler is currently non-functional, meaning there is presently no hot water supply.
